Integration of production processes and inspection systems
The requirements for maintaining production lines in a manufacturing company are as follows:
①to keep stable and continuous operation without any trouble or interruption
②to efficiently operate production lines and to minimize defectives
③to minimize any cost, including energy saving
For satisfying such requirements, the following measures have been applied:
・To store spares and consumables necessary for equipment operation
・To replace equipment at the right time
・To study and introduce advanced technologies or equipment
We have simple questions, for example, whether ① and ③ are properly evaluated and implemented, and what is the definition of the optimized inventories. Considering the above, we would like to integrate the following systems and collect and analyze the related information or data:
