Failure Analysis using Artificial Intelligence
We have developed a failure analyzing system for production equipment in cooperation with YMP International.
The area enclosed by dotted line in the above figure is the failure analysis system. Depending on the amount of data in the maintenance database, failure analysis and life prediction are made possible. In addition to application from the user's point of view on the production line, for example, machine tools delivered by machine tool suppliers can be diagnosed and predicted from the supplier's point of view.
